Email Quorum support
support@lukerykta.ioEmail us for questions, feedback, or technical and access problems. This channel is monitored. We do not provide 24/7 coverage or promise an immediate response.
What to include
- a short description of what happened and what you expected;
- whether you were signing in, recording a page, or working with a note;
- your Quorum app version and phone type (iPhone or Android), if known; and
- the optional safe summary from Settings → Support details, if useful.
Never send a password, one-time code, authentication or invitation link, access token, invite code, raw database identifier, note content, or another member’s private information. Support cannot authenticate you, recover an account, or handle club invitation codes.
Account and privacy requests
For a privacy question, use the subject “Quorum privacy.” The Account deletion page describes the current in-app instructions and the status of the planned independent request channel. Support email cannot currently authenticate or execute an account deletion, and it is not a password-reset channel.
Third-party notices
Quorum’s current source-scoped license and attribution packet is available on the Third-Party Notices page. It is also available offline from Support details in the app.
Beta request changes
To correct or withdraw a beta access request, email us from the address you submitted with the subject “Quorum beta request.” This is separate from deleting an app account.
Availability
Quorum is being built for iPhone and Android. Request beta access to tell us which phone you’ll use. Invitations will be sent as testing opens; submitting the form does not create an account or guarantee access. Early reads use one shared physical edition. Other editions and reading formats are not yet supported.
Safety concerns
In supported beta builds, open the other member’s profile and choose Report a concern. You can report the member or a note that you can currently read. The in-app acknowledgement is your final report receipt; we do not provide report history, email updates, or a promised outcome. Reports are reviewed through that reporting path, rather than privately adjudicated in email.
If reporting is broken or inaccessible, email Support for help restoring access. Describe the technical problem without copying the note or sensitive information into email. An unavailable reporting path must be fixed before external beta can proceed.
Quorum Support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. See the Community Standards for prohibited conduct, reporting, blocking, and moderation.
